Judy Cain

Having spent some 30 years of her professional life in the sporting industry, Judy has enjoyed senior executive roles at three AFL Clubs and headed up Commercial Operations at Melbourne’s state-of-the-art stadium, Colonial Stadium (now Marvel Stadium) before moving to life’s other passion of thoroughbred horse racing in both consultancy and executive management roles.

During her career, Judy has been highly regarded for her expertise in the general management, marketing, sales and event management of the highest of profile sporting organisations as well as successful commercial enterprise.

As a licensed participant in the thoroughbred racing industry and of course an avid supporter as an owner, full time employee and consultant to the industry, Judy brings a wealth of expertise to Racing Operations and its clients in stable operations and management.

Jon Griffin

Jon is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and is a Registered Company Auditor, a registered Tax Agent as well as a registered Self-managed Superannuation Fund Auditor. As Accountant and Tax Agent for a number of clients within the thoroughbred racing industry, Jon offers his expertise and vast knowledge to Racing Operations’ clientele. As Managing Director of APL Financial, his focus is to work with clients so their business and personal wealth is maximised with a passion for supporting small businesses.

Wendy Daniels

Wendy Daniels is a multi-faceted professional whose honesty, integrity, and transparency extends across all aspects of her work. Her lifelong passion for horses began with her competing, before working as a groom which eventually led to her transitioning to the racing industry where she served as an assistant trainer and is currently a licenced participant and owner.

Alongside her work in the racing industry Wendy has developed herself as a highly skilled and collaborative leader in supply chain management. For more than two decades she has navigated the fast-moving consumer goods industry, constantly adapting to the dynamic nature of the field.

Wendy is excited to leverage her extensive experience and passion for horses to make a meaningful impact in the racing industry. She looks forward to helping trainers and professionals alike with all their stable management and operational needs.
